CHALLENGES

PWHT was struggling with various costs to be maintained, namely, server cost, compliance cost and cost related to content management where they needed to hire developers everytime they wanted to change content which amounted to $15K/year.

Their data was managed in spreadsheets and there was no automated system. So, they were faced with limitations such as no approval system for course announcements, no automated reminder emails, forcing instructors to manually send course reminder emails after sifting through spreadsheet data, as well as no centralized views of course participants and their data.

PROJECT Goals

1. Convert the Wordpress website into Salesforce communities to better manage content on their own using drag-and-drop builder without hiring developers.

2. Implement profile and permissions management in terms of who have access to what type of data.

3. Develop automations, workflows and process builders to facilitate systematic approvals and streamlined tasks.

4. Implement a Contact Us page, which would create a case/ticket at the Salesforce back-end

We built a CRM system for PWHT to enable automation, streamline tasks and organize scattered data. They can now make use of SF Communities to create their own content without hiring external developers.

With all the data consolidated into one CRM, instructors have a complete view of course participants and their data. Dynamic population of course dates is also possible. It is now easier for them to discover viable leads, empowering

them to take suitable actions leading to conversions.

We had also facilitated user adoption for PWHT, a critical factor in ensuring the success of new CRM implementation.
